Our instructors are very experienced invdividuals who share the same core values as our company to provide a quality flight training experience to their students.
Our Airport
Instinct Aviation Academy is located at Lancaster Regional Airport (KLNC) and Northwest Regional Airport in Roanoke 52F (also known as Aero Valley Airport), operating in an uncontrolled environment under DFW BRAVO airspace. Training there allows us to focus on takeoffs, landings, and maneuvers without traffic or radio distractions. As skills improve, students move to nearby controlled airports with busy air traffic control, learning to navigate complex airspace rules and collaborate with other traffic for real-world aviation experience.
Our Neighbors
Instinct Aviation Academy is pleased to be neighbors with The Commemorative Air Force (CAF), an American non-profit organization based in Dallas, Texas. Dedicated to preserving and showcasing historical aircraft, CAF participates in airshows across the U.S. and Canada. Today, CAF boasts approximately 13,000 members and a fleet of over 175 planes representing more than 60 types from various foreign countries and military conflicts since World War II. commemorativeairforce.org
